I wasn’t specifically looking for Alan Ladd when I found these images, but they are
typical of any number of actors of the 1950’s and 1960’s. I chose these because he
acted in a variety of film genres, and the posters are great!
The music is again from the collection called Pennies From Heaven. I have ordered
a large number of 1930’s to 1950’s audio CDs and soon I will have an even bigger
selection to choose from. On this occasion I have tried to select both well known
songs and others that might not be so popular.
There is nothing like watching this presentation on a rainy Sunday afternoon; relaxing
and evoking days gone by, before I was even born in this body.
